The time has come to submit Jake's picture to Grove City College so that he can be oooohed and aaaahed at via the Gedunk Magazine. Yes, alumni send pictures of their children for all to see. So GCC was kind enough to send a complimentary shirt as it is a requirement that the child be wearing the very shirt in the picture.
The shirt indicates that it is for an 18-month old. Evidently it is for an 18-month old hamster. It was NOT a pleasant experience to shove Jake into this shirt. And consequently I did not score any good shots.
Here are a few samples. To view the entire unfortunate collection, click here.

that is hilarious! Mine were always so BIG on the kids!
And I guess that means that you will finally be added to the list of those receiving Geedunk magazines!
haha! those are awesome shots! get out the crowbar to get him out!
Um, Amy, he's supposed to be wearing the GCC shirt, but that doesn't mean he can ONLY be wearing the GCC shirt. The kid's probably ticked off that you are taking all these pictures of him in his diaper, and then submitting them for alumni everywhere to see. Put some pants on him!
And thanks for the reminder to get cracking on Aaron's picture before he outgrows the shirt.
Oh my! That second picture is a WINNER! I vote for that one!
Jake-you sure are a cutie! I can't believe how much you are growing! Tell you Mama we miss her terribly!
Well, look who's the blogging fool here!
Such adorable pictures of that adorable boy. Seems to me Jake looks like a lot of college kids I see these days...no pants on and kind of angry/tired/hung over looking. Hungover from Red Bull and tired from too much studying that is.
Either way, he plays the part of a collegiate well, I think!
I love the second picture, too funny!!
What a hoot! Jake has a talent for entertaining others... geee, I wonder where that came from, Mom??? He is so adorable, shirt or no shirt! We miss you!
BTW, #9 in your Picasa album is the winner for the magazine shot for sure!
I loved those pictures - cracked me up! We never managed to get pics in the Gedunk. I think we spilled something on our free GCC shirt and I was too ashamed to take a picture with a stained shirt - I would be the first Grover in history to do something like that!
I think Jake was feeling pressure from Dad over there not to feel to proud in his GCC clothes when there were perfectly good Penn State shirts lying around. Still, some of the funniest pictures you have had up in a while.
you would win absolute cool points from me if you sent in that second one. bc, seriously, don't all those kids look the same after a while? i get tired of looking through the names to see if i actually know one of them. but jake... i get to be that lucky. he is a chunk and i loved holding him a few weeks ago. such a darn cutie.
so, picture #2. do it.
